Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Test Analyst with expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and Supply Chain Planning processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and managing System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities for large-scale End-to-End Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation programs.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, development teams, and third-party application owners to validate integrated supply chain processes across planning, inventory, replenishment, logistics, warehouse management, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive SIT and ST test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and test data for Supply Chain and Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) processes.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across SCM applications.
• Validate business process flows covering demand planning, inventory distribution, replenishment, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Integration Testing

• Validate integration between Blue Yonder DRP and enterprise applications including ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and reporting platforms.
• Ensure accurate data flow across interconnected systems and identify integration gaps.
• Perform end-to-end testing of supply chain planning and distribution processes.

Defect Management & Reporting

• Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution.
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present defect metrics, test execution reports, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure complete test coverage.
• Facilitate test reviews, defect triage meetings, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution activities.

Deployment & Production Support

• Participate in cutover validation and production readiness assessments.
• Support post-deployment verification and production validation activities.
• Ensure smooth transition from testing to production environments.

Required Skills

Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP).
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Distribution Planning, and Logistics processes.
• Knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Distribution Network Planning concepts.

Testing Expertise

• Extensive experience in Functional Testing, System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing.
• Ability to create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Experience with defect lifecycle management and test management tools.

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of supply chain ecosystem integrations including WMS, TMS, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques is preferred.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience presenting testing status and metrics to leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale SCM transformation programs.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Certification in Software Testing (ISTQB) is a plus.
• Blue Yonder/JDA functional experience preferred.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
