The Mission

Make every gold-backing proof verifiable by anyone, anywhere, forever and build the team that keeps it that way. The AURUMIX blockchain architecture is not a standard token deployment. It is a real-world asset tokenization system with a gold price floor rule enforced in code, a 50-year emission schedule with geometric decay constants, scarcity logic that responds asymmetrically to over- and undersubscription, and an ICS-weighted priority allocation system across five investor classes. You decide which protocol carries all of this, build the smart contract architecture that makes it mathematically watertight, and then build the engineering team that maintains it for the next decade.

What You'll Own

Protocol evaluation and recommendation for AURUMIX's VARA-regulated RWA token system Polygon, Ethereum mainnet, and alternatives assessed against compliance, cost, auditability, and scalability

ERC-1400 compliant smart contracts encoding the gold price floor rule, 70/30 pool mechanics, geometric emission decay, and ICS-weighted allocation logic

Multi-sig wallet infrastructure and on-chain audit mechanisms for publicly verifiable gold reserve verification in real time

Chainlink oracle integration for LBMA gold price feeds with fallback logic for the gold price floor rule

Token issuance, scarcity enforcement, and mining event execution architecture on-chain

Recruiting and building the blockchain engineering function you are building a team, not just a codebase

Security end-to-end: threat modelling, CertiK audit preparation, penetration testing, and bug bounty design

What We're Looking For

6+ years in blockchain engineering production-deployed, independently audited smart contracts in regulated or high-stakes environments

Deep experience with ERC-1400 / RWA tokenization gold, real estate, or regulated asset classes at scale

Proven protocol evaluation experience you have made this decision before and you can defend it

Security-first thinking as a permanent posture, not a final checklist

Experience building and leading technical teams you have hired engineers and made them better
