Role Overview:

Werelooking for aBlockchain & Full-Stack Leadto architect and lead the development of our decentralized backend systems. You will work primarily withNode.js,Ethereum,Hyperledger Indy, andDHT-based architectures, while collaborating with mobile and frontend teams to deliver seamless, secure experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of backend systems for decentralized applications.

Architect and implement blockchain integrations usingEthereum,Hyperledger Indy, and other protocols.

Build andmaintainsecure APIs, microservices, and distributed systems usingNode.js.

Ensure best practices incryptography,data privacy, andsecure communication.

Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams (ReactJS, React Native) to ensure smooth integration.

Define and enforceGit branching strategies, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

Conduct code reviews, mentor backend developers, and upholdhigh standardsof code quality and security.

Stay current with emerging trends in Web3, distributed systems, and backend architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

StrongproficiencyinNode.js, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture.

Hands-on experience withBlockchain(Ethereum, Hyperledger Indy, etc) and decentralized identity systems.

Deep understanding ofcryptographic principles, secure key management, and data integrity.

Experience withDHTs, peer-to-peer networking, and distributed storage.

Familiarity withReactJS,JavaScript, andNext.jsfor full-stack collaboration.

Proven experience inleading backend teams, managing sprints, and delivering production-grade systems.

Expertise inGit workflows, branching strategies, and release management.

Knowledge ofCI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with smart contract development and blockchain SDKs.

Exposure to zero-knowledge proofs, DID, or secure enclave technologies.

Contributions toopen-sourceblockchain or backend projects.

Understanding of government-grade security and compliance standards.
