About the Role

Secure Meters Limited is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller MEP to join our EM&E team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and coordinating high-quality BIM models, ensuring project accuracy and efficient collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools
• Generate drawings, schedules, and BOQs (quantity take-offs) from BIM models
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and BIM 360
• Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts
• Continuously update BIM models based on design revisions and project requirements
• Ensure models meet LOD 400450 standards and comply with project BIM guidelines
• Maintain model quality, accuracy, and documentation standards

Qualifications

• B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
• Autodesk Revit
• Navisworks
• BIM 360
• Experience in Clash Detection & Coordination
• Knowledge of LOD 400450 standards
• Understanding of MEP systems and coordination workflows
