Job Overview

rProcess is looking for a skilled BIM/ MEP Engineer with 5+ years of minimum experience into developing and managing 3D models, coordinate multidisciplinary design elements, and support project execution through Building Information Modeling workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BIM software, project coordination, and digital construction processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Create detailed 3D models for civil, structural, architectural, or MEP disciplines (as applicable).
• Prepare and update drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, and coordination layouts.
• Conduct clash detection and generate clash reports using Navisworks Manage.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants for design coordination.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
• Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
• Ensure the BIM model accuracy and update revisions as per markup/comments.
• Prepare 4D/5D models (if required) for project sequencing and quantity tracking.
• Adhere to client BIM execution plans (BEP) and project-specific modeling standards.
• Support site teams with model-based information and technical queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil / mechanical / electrical / architecture / Equivalent engineering field.
• 6-7 Years of overall experience & 5+ years of hands-on BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit (Structure/MEP/Architecture), Navisworks, Auto CAD.
• Understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, LOD definitions, and workflows.
• Knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and project documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering BIM projects in infrastructure, buildings, industrial, or solar domains & Knowledge of point cloud modeling, laser scanning, or reality capture workflows.
• Ability to create custom families, parametric components, and BIM templates.
• Understanding of Cobie / CDE environments will be added advantage. Experience with
• Dynamo, BIM360, Synchro, or other advanced BIM tools (added advantage).
