BIM Manager

Role Overview

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for driving BIM strategy, standards, and delivery across infrastructure and building projects. This is a leadership role where youll work closely with design, engineering, and management teams to elevate BIM maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage BIM delivery

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BEPs

Oversee model quality, coordination, and clash detection across disciplines

Mentor and manage a team of BIM engineers and coordinators

Act as the BIM point of contact for internal stakeholders and global clients

Drive process optimization and adoption of BIM best practices aligned with international standards Required Expertise

10+ years of hands-on BIM experience, with strong exposure to civil & structural domains

Proven expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks

Strong understanding of BIM execution, coordination, and information management

Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling BIM teams

Ability to set up BIM frameworks from scratch and drive organizational change.

Salary up to 18 LPA negotiable based on experience and current salary.
