BIM Engineer

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days (Max)

Job Description (Mandatory):

1. Should be able to Model, Electrical systems, like Lighting, power, cable routing, Fire alarm, One line diagram & Schematic drawings.
2. Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit MEP is must and able to work in software by own hand.

Roles and Responsibilities (Mandatory):

1. Studying tender documents, technical proposals, RFPs & technical specs for clear understanding of project scope
2. Preparation of electrical drawings based on given specs.
3. Maintain, enhance, and apply both design and technical knowledge ensuring production of high-quality drawings.
4. Participate in coordination meeting.
5. Coordination with other discipline engineers as applicable for the continuity of the Modeling process.
6. Keeping good track / documentation of projects
7. Ensuring relevant QA procedures are followed.
8. Ensuring adherence to corporate standards

Expectations from Candidate:

1. Must possess a bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
2. Good communication skills, pro Active approach
3. Familiarity in Dialux, ETAP is an added advantage.
