Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled BIM professionals to work on MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) projects using Revit. This role is open for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about BIM modeling, design, and coordination for international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP systems
• Create 2D drawings and shop drawings from BIM models
• Assist/perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Update models based on markups and project inputs
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, LOD, and project guidelines
• Support documentation and coordination with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• 05 years of experience (Freshers with Revit knowledge can apply)
• Hands-on / basic knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings
• Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
