BIM Coordinator structure

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator, based in Kolaghat. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across project lifecycles, coordinating multidisciplinary design and modeling efforts, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with design and engineering teams, managing information exchange processes, and resolving technical clashes in architectural, structural, and MEP designs.

• Proficiency in BIM Coordination, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and related tools and software.
• Understanding of Architecture and coordination of architectural design aspects in multidisciplinary projects.
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM frameworks.
• Project Management skills, including the ability to manage schedules, workflows, and coordination meetings effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale projects, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, infrastructure, or hospitality, is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
