Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator (Mechanical) to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, clash detection, BIM standards, and MEP coordination workflows.

The role involves managing coordinated BIM models, ensuring project quality standards, resolving clashes, and supporting project delivery across Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks Manage

Perform clash detection and lead clash resolution meetings

Ensure multidisciplinary coordination as per project requirements

Maintain model quality, standards, and data consistency

Manage linked models and shared coordinates

Prepare coordinated drawings, GFC drawings, and BIM deliverables

Implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM standards

Conduct model audits and quality checks

Ensure compliance with naming conventions and LOD requirements

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal project teams

Track RFIs, design revisions, and coordination updates

Support BIM workflows, worksharing, and model setup activities

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field
