Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and coordinating architectural and construction drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The role involves working closely with design teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality construction-ready documentation that adheres to project timelines and specifications. Responsibilities also include assisting with submittals, feasibility studies, and ensuring consistency across all project stages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and experience in creating Architectural Drawings
• Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its applications
• Expertise in Construction Drawings and Submittals preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain design intent in construction documentation
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with hospitality, retail, and commercial project requirements is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in BIM-related software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
