Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare construction documentation, working drawings, and detailed design deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless design coordination.
• Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and project coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project quality, and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• B.Arch is mandatory.
• 510 years of relevant experience in Architecture and BIM.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from Civil Engineering or B.Tech backgrounds will not be considered.
