Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Residential / Commercial.

Requirement:

Experience in residential / commercial / high-rise building projects

Strong knowledge of contractor billing, client billing & quantity verification

Hands-on experience in BOQ, rate analysis & cost monitoring

Exposure to billing reconciliation and project cost control

Coordination with site execution, contracts & finance teams

Good knowledge of ERP / billing systems and MIS reporting
