What You’ll Do
• Lead and oversee end-to-end billing operations across multiple advisory programs and products, including Retirement Plan Consulting, Institutional Consulting, Financial Planning, and Mutual Funds.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and resolution on complex billing and compensation matters.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate risk across global processes.
• Develop and implement process automation and technology solutions to optimize workflows and improve client experience.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer across geographies.
• Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Your team

You’ll lead the Wealth Management USA – Billing Operations team, which provides critical support for billing functions such as invoice generation, payment processing, outstanding income reporting, reconciliation, and responding to compensation questions from branch employees, clients, and product owners.

Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.


Education:

Experience:
• Minimum 8+ years in operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing large teams and complex processes.
• Expertise in reconciliation, trade corrections, and back-office operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of advisory programs and account billing operations.
• Proven experience managing global teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
