Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Recruiting role. The responsibilities include communicating with clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, managing the sales process, and providing necessary training to enhance sales performance. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieving recruitment objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for identifying and securing business opportunities
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve sales goals
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in IT or related recruitment processes is a plus
