Qualifications:-

Proficiency in Bench Sales, IT Recruitment, and end-to-end recruitment life cycle management

Experience in sourcing contract opportunities, negotiating rates, and coordinating interviews

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to interact with clients and vendor effectively

Knowledge of visa types, policies, and hiring processes in the United States

Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic business demands

Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related fields is preferred

Prior experience in IT staffing services or a similar field is a strong advantage
