BDE Trainee

Location: Bhopal

Experience Required: 24 Months

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BDE Trainee to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of business development, client communication, and lead generation with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Maintain and update lead databases
• Assist in client follow-ups and relationship management
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
• Support sales and business development activities
• Prepare reports and maintain records of interactions

Requirements:

• 24 months of experience in Business Development/Sales/Lead Generation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
• Bachelors degree pursuing/completed preferred
