At Cancrie, were building the future of energy storageworking at the intersection of advanced materials and real-world battery deployment. Were looking for a hands-on Battery Scientist who can bridge lab innovation with on-ground industrial execution.

What youll work on:

End-to-end Li-ion cell fabrication (electrodes assembly testing)

Pack and module development with BMS, thermal, and mechanical design

Prototype builds for EV applications (2-wheelers/4-wheelers/drone) with field validation

On-site integration of advanced nanocarbon materials into batteries

Real-world testing across manufacturer sites and performance validation

What were looking for:

Strong hands-on experience in cell development

Understanding of EV battery systems, BMS, and thermal behavior

Exposure to materials integration in batteries (bonus)

Ability to operate across lab setups and industrial environments

Problem-solving mindset with willingness to travel for trials

Location: Jaipur / Hyderabad / Delhi + on-site manufacturer trials
