Base24-eps Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Base24-eps Support Engineer to join our payments team. If you have strong experience in the cards & payments domain and enjoy handling critical production systems, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Base24-eps payment systems

Act as the first responder for production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime

Diagnose transaction failures, ISO 8583 message issues, and system outages

Handle performance issues using a structured problem-solving approach

Support integrations with banking systems and external card networks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Maintain payment ecosystems including ATM, POS, E-commerce, and settlement processes

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with ACI Base24-eps applications

In-depth knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging systems

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Base24-eps modules and integration processes

Good understanding of payment networks, ATM/POS/Ecom systems, and settlement workflows

Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support model
