Backend Tech Lead - Python:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, MSSQL, Redis, Celery, FastAPI, and MongoDB. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing project timelines, ensuring code quality, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in Python, MSSQL, Redis, Celery, FastAPI, and MongoDB, providing hands-on development and troubleshooting as needed.
• Code Quality: Ensure the team adheres to coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews and maintaining high-quality codebases.
• System Architecture: Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to design and implement scalable and robust system architectures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to processes and tools.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, MSSQL, Redis, Celery, FastAPI, and MongoDB.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of web development frameworks and RESTful API design.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery).
• Proficiency in database design and optimization for both relational (MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
