Backend GoLang Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Backend GoLang Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Go. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coder with strong expertise in concurrent programming, distributed systems, and a mindset geared toward leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain REST and gRPC APIs using Go

Build scalable microservices with a focus on concurrency and performance

Write optimized SQL queries and improve database performance

Strong proficiency in REST APIs and Microservice design

Implement asynchronous/background processing using goroutines and channels

Integrate caching solutions like Redis for performance optimization

Implement JWT/OAuth-based authentication and role-based authorization

Handle exception management, logging, debugging, and production issue resolution

Optimize APIs for scalability, reliability, and high concurrency

Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for integration and deployment

Follow best practices in clean coding, security, and backend architecture

Good to Have

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Knowledge of Microservices Architecture

Exposure to Kafka / RabbitMQ / NATS

Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP

Experience with Go frameworks like Gin, Echo, or Fiber
