• 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, managing and mentoring teams of 10+ engineers.
• Strong expertise in Golang and Java.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for seamless collaboration across global teams.
• Proven success in designing, scaling, and maintaining complex backend systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence architecture and technical direction.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and grow engineering talent.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, presenting technical strategies in terms of business outcomes (efficiency, scalability, customer value).
