We're starting with EV charging infrastructure, building systems that combine real-time communication, autonomous decision-making, and intelligent synchronization across cloud and edge environments.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy distributed systems, infrastructure, networking, and solving real-world reliability challenges.

What You'll Work On

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop systems that operate across cloud, edge, and hybrid deployments
• Build OCPP-based communication services for EV charging infrastructure
• Develop real-time communication systems using WebSockets
• Design synchronization and state-management mechanisms between distributed components
• Integrate databases, external services, and hardware devices
• Optimize systems for reliability, scalability, and performance
• Build monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities
• Write automated tests and maintain high code quality standards
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions

Requirements

We're looking for early-career engineers (0-3 years) who are excited about distributed systems, infrastructure, and building products from the ground up.

Must Have

• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of OOP and software design principles
• Experience building REST or GraphQL APIs
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication concepts
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments
• Experience using Git in collaborative workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems
• Experience with edge computing or IoT platforms
• Familiarity with OCPP, MQTT, or similar communication protocols
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Interest in EV charging, energy systems, or infrastructure technology

Compensation & Benefits

• 68 LPA salary
• 0.250.75% ESOPs (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
