Job Description
We are looking for professionals with 8 to 12 years of strong technical expertise in:
Core Technical Skills
- Java/J2EE with advanced proficiency in Java 8+
- Spring Framework 5 & Spring Boot microservices architecture
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) foundation
- Handson with RDBMS & NoSQL databases
- Experience using profilers, debuggers, and logging frameworks (e.g., log4Net)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies & merging workflows
- Exposure to AWS cloud services
- Strong experience in Software Architecture & System Design
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to mentor and guide development teams
- Ownership mindset with a passion for technology excellence
