We are seeking an experiencedBackend Developer Messaging & Communication Platformsto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based backend development and experience working with enterprise communication systems. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services, integrating third-party platforms, and supporting messaging workflows across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email channels.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services usingPythonandFastAPI
• Design, build, and manage APIs, microservices, and backend workflows
• Work withPostgreSQLandMongoDBdatabases for efficient data management
• ImplementRedis-based caching, queues, and performance optimization solutions
• Handleasynchronous processing, concurrency, threading, and background tasks
• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and external service providers
• Develop and support communication workflows forSMS, WhatsApp, and Email platforms
• Configure and manageWhatsApp Business API (WABA)integrations
• Set up and manageMeta Business Manager and WABA accountsfor clients
• Work withSendGridand email delivery systems
• SupportSMS onboarding processes, includingDLT registration and PE-TM chain binding
• Troubleshoot production issues, API failures, webhooks, and message delivery tracking
• Assist with client onboarding and communication platform integrations

• Strong hands-on experience withPythonandFastAPI
• Solid understanding ofREST APIsand backend architecture principles
• Experience working withPostgreSQLandMongoDB
• Hands-on experience withRedis
