Role Overview :

Were building a scalable, high-performance CRM platform and are looking for a backend-focused developer who can take ownership of core systems, APIs, and integrations.

Youll work closely with frontend developers using Next.js and build robust backend services using Laravel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Laravel
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs
• Architect CRM modules (Leads, Users, Assignment Engine, Reports, Notifications)
• Integrate frontend (Next.js) with backend APIs
• Optimize database queries and handle high-volume data (100k+ records/day)
• Implement authentication systems (JWT / Sanctum)
• Work with queues, jobs, and caching mechanisms
• Handle deployment, server management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Backend

• Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture
• REST API design and development
• MySQL (query optimization, indexing, relationships)

FrontEnd Collaboration

• Basic understanding of Next.js or React
• API integration with frontend applications

DevOps & Tools

• Git (GitHub / GitLab workflows)
• Linux server basics
• CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with caching (Redis)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean)
• Docker (basic understanding)
• Queue systems (Laravel Queues, Workers)
• CRM or ERP system experience
• Real-time systems / WebSockets
