Job Role : Senior Backend Developer

Location : Mumbai (Vikroli - 5 days from office)

Years of experience: 7 -10 years

Will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build scalable backend systems that power modern fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
Ship new features rapidly and iteratively while maintaining code quality and performance.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and resilient.
Proactively identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and contribute to architectural decisiTechnical Requirements
8+ years of strong backend development experience, preferably in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
Proficiency in Java is mandatory.
Deep expertise in Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience in implementing secure, high-availability REST APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and performance tuning.
