Job Description: Teleperformance is hiring Back Office Executives (BFSI Domain) for a UK-based process. The role involves handling customer interactions through multiple channels and supporting banking/financial services operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via Web Chat, 2-Way SMS & Telephony
• Provide accurate resolution related to accounts, payments, and services
• Deliver a customer-centric experience through effective communication
• Identify and assess customer vulnerability and financial conditions
• Refer customers to Specialist Support Team when required
• Maintain records and update CRM systems accurately
• Meet defined SLA and TAT targets

Compliance Responsibilities:

• Follow FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) guidelines
• Adhere to OFCOM regulations
• Ensure compliance with:
• Responsible Lending practices
• Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
• Debt Collection guidelines
• Consumer Credit Act
• Data Protection policies

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English mandatory)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage sensitive financial conversations
• Knowledge of BFSI processes (KYC, transactions, Money, loans, Cards, Policies)
• Basic system and computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI Back Office
• Prior experience in chat/email/telephony support
• Exposure to UK process (preferred but not mandatory)

Work Details:

• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• 2 Rotational Week-offs
• Shriram Gateway Office beside Sutherland Perungalathur
