About Role:

You're building the engine LOS backend, LMS integrations, and the full API layer that connects bureau, KYC, eSign, disbursal, and collection systems. The stack is greenfield, the decisions are yours to make, and the output is a production lending platform that real borrowers use.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build the LOS backend architecture and LMS integrations
• Own the full API integration layer: bureau (CIBIL/Experian), eKYC (Aadhaar/V-CIP), eSign, bank statement analysis, PennyDrop, disbursal (Razorpay/Cashfree), NACH/UPI AutoPay
• Build fraud detection integrations: FaceMatch, liveness detection, IP tracking, device risk scoring
• Set up transactional email and SMS delivery for KFS, sanction letters, and borrower alerts
• Own data residency compliance all data stays in India; implement per RBI IT Framework and DPDP Act
• Lead DR/BCP implementation and security/pen testing

Requirements:

• 47 years of backend engineering; fintech or lending platform experience strongly preferred
• Strong in Java; know REST API design inside out
• Have integrated financial APIs (bureau, KYC, payment gateway, NACH) in production not in a demo environment
• Solid on security: encryption, VAPT, OWASP top 10
• Cloud-native (AWS/GCP/Azure) and understand data residency requirements
• Familiar with RBI IT Framework for NBFCs, or willing to get up to speed fast
