Hiring: Tech Lead Backend Platform (Payments & Billing)

Looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong backend architecture and distributed systems experience to own a high-scale payments, pricing & billing platform.

What were looking for:

6+ years of backend engineering experience

Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

Experience with Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

Strong understanding of payment systems, billing flows, transaction integrity & reliability

Expertise in Redis, PostgreSQL / MongoDB, observability, scalability & system design

Someone who can code, design, debug production issues, and raise the engineering bar for the team

Role highlights:

• Own the technical direction of a mission-critical backend platform
• Work on pricing, payments, and billing systems at scale
• Drive architecture, reliability, performance, and engineering best practices
• Mentor engineers and lead from the front technically

Work mode: Hybrid

Budget: 2833 LPA

Notice period: 1530 days preferred
