Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and

FastAPI to build scalable, AI-powered, real-time backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing high-performance APIs, integrating AI

services, implementing event-driven architectures, handling streaming applications, and

optimizing cloud infrastructure.

You will contribute to enterprise-grade products including Virtual Interview Platforms,

Conversational AI Systems, Speech Analytics Platforms, and AI-powered Workforce

Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI

Build secure REST APIs and microservices

Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC systems
