About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Back-end Developer to build and optimize process automation solutions with a focus on billing automation and AI-driven (agentic) workflows. The role involves developing scalable backend systems, integrating enterprise applications, and enabling intelligent automation to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and APIs for process and billing automation
• Build automation workflows to streamline billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
• Develop and integrate AI-driven (agentic) workflows for decision-making and task automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and implement solutions
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
• Integrate with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems for seamless data flow
• Implement secure and compliant data handling practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend services

What You Should Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in backend development and system integration
• Strong programming skills in Python / Java / Node.js
• Experience in API development and microservices architecture
• Exposure to automation frameworks and workflow engines
• Understanding of billing systems and financial process automation
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML or Agentic AI workflows
• Exposure to RPA tools or low-code automation platforms
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
