Back End Developer

Were looking for a hands-on Backend Tech Lead with 47 years of experience who can take ownership of backend architecture, data modeling, and code quality, and who has strong product engineering exposure.

What Youll Do

• Design and own backend architecture and system workflows
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js
• Define and manage MongoDB data models and schemas
• Own GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and code reviews
• Ensure clean, secure, and high-performance APIs
• Work with Azure or any major cloud platform for deployment and scalability
• Mentor developers and collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams

What Were Looking For

• 47 years of backend development experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product-based company (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Node.js and MongoDB
• Proven experience in API design and backend architecture
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and version control best practices
• Exposure to Azure / AWS / GCP
• Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on

Nice to Have

• Experience with NestJS, microservices, or Docker
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of backend security and performance optimization
