We dont build generic tools we build products that reflect how wealth management actually operates.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Backend Developer with 23 years of experience who wants to build real-world products in a fast-paced startup environment. Youll work closely with engineers and product teams to design, develop, and scale backend systems powering our applications.

Tech Stack

Core: Python, Django / Flask / FastAPI, PostgreSQL, REST APIs

Bonus: ReactJS, Docker, AWS / GCP / Azure

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Design RESTful APIs with performance and security best practices
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless API integration
• Write clean, modular, and testable code
• Debug, optimise, and improve backend performance
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning
• Contribute to internal tools and documentation

Requirements

• 23 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Solid understanding of REST architecture & HTTP protocols
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving and learning mindset

Good to Have

• Experience with ReactJS
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman)
• Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Exposure to Docker / Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Personal or open-source projects
