Back End Developer

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong programming fundamentals and experience building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about backend technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build and optimize microservices-based applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code
• Optimize database queries and improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to system design discussions and architecture decisions
  

• Strong expertise in at least one backend stack:

Java (Spring Boot)

Go

Rust

Scala

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong database knowledge with hands-on experience in SQL queries
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and system design concepts
• Familiarity with REST APIs and distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of caching, messaging systems, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

• 3+ years of backend development experience preferred
