Back End Developer (Golang + Data Systems)

Role Overview

We are hiring Backend engineers (Golang + Data Systems) with 2-4 years of experiece to work on high-throughput distributed systems built using Go and microservices architecture. The role requires strong ownership of systems in production, with a focus on scaling, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale high-throughput backend systems
• Own production services with focus on reliability and scalability
• Debug and resolve production issues under load
• Design and maintain microservices-based architecture
• Improve system performance (latency, throughput, memory)
• Take end-to-end ownership of services in production

Requirements

• Strong experience in Go (Golang)
• Experience with high-scale / high-throughput systems
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience in production debugging and incident resolution
• System ownership mindset and scaling experience

Preferred Experience (any one or more)

• Monolith to microservices migration
• Database migration projects
• Zero-downtime deployments or upgrades
• Large-scale system rewrites or refactoring
• Distributed system scaling challenges

Note: The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday as working days.
