Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Back End Developer based in Jaipur. As a Back End Developer, you will work on:

• Core platform services - business-critical backend logic powering transactions, customer data, and real-time rules engines. High traffic, low latency.
• Third-party partner integrations - we connect with multiple external systems and vendors. You'll own the integration contracts, handle sync failures, debug cross-system issues, and build reliable bridges between our platform and partner APIs.
• Payment and financial flows - gateway integrations, transaction handling, reconciliation, and refund workflows.
• Event-driven systems - we use Message Broker systems heavily for async processing. You'll design and maintain event pipelines that keep different parts of the platform in sync.
• API design and delivery - clean REST APIs consumed by web, mobile, and chat surfaces serving real end-users every day.
• New integrations - there's always a new partner, tool, or system to connect. If you've dealt with APIs that are poorly documented, rate-limited, and occasionally just wrong - welcome.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years with Java in production - real systems, not tutorials
• Strong REST API design - you've built endpoints other teams depend on and maintained them across versions
• Solid data modelling - you know when to normalise, when not to, and how schema decisions affect performance at scale
• Multithreading fundamentals - you know how to write thread-safe code and spot concurrency issues
• You can take a requirement, ask the right questions, write a technical plan, and ship independently
• You care about code quality because you've debugged your own mess before and learned from it

• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product team
