Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer to build scalable APIs and high-performance backend services using C#. The role involves working on distributed systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure secure and reliable systems, participate in Agile processes, and resolve production issues while leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services using C#

Build and maintain distributed systems with high availability and resilience

Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Implement and manage workflows using Temporal or similar orchestration tools

Apply security-by-design principles in application development

Implement relation-based access control (ReBAC) where required

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product teams

Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and sprint activities

Debug production issues and ensure system reliability.

Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, MCP, and intelligent agents to enhance development productivity

Key Skills Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

58 years of experience in backend development

Strong proficiency in C# and API development.

Experience with building scalable and distributed systems

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal

Understanding of modern authentication and access control patterns (ReBAC preferred)

Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing relation-based access control (ReBAC)

Exposure to distributed workflow orchestration platforms

Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agent-based systems Strong knowledge of microservices architecture

Experience with monitoring and observability tools
