Compensation: Up to 10LPA fixed

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for the BackEnd Developer position. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend components of web applications, implementing software development methodologies, and utilizing best practices in object-oriented programming (OOP).

What Youll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI agents
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for large-scale data ingestion and processing
• Work on high-performance database queries and optimizations
• Collaborate with product and data teams to ship impactful features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and system design discussions

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in backend development
• Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask preferred)
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Good knowledge of SQL and database design
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to have:

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
• Understanding of data pipelines / ETL workflows
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/frontend frameworks
• Interest in AI/ML or data-driven systems
