About the Role
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role focused on franchise acquisition.
You wont be cold-calling blindlyhigh-intent leads are generated through digital campaigns. Your role is to convert serious prospects into long-term business partners.
If youve sold edtech programs, education franchises, or high-ticket B2B solutions, this role gives you ownership of deals from first call to closure.
What Youll Be Doing
End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Engage with qualified inbound leads (investors, educators, business owners).
- Understand their goals and assess fit with BIAs franchise model.
- Run discovery calls, business presentations, and opportunity walkthroughs
Consultative Selling & Deal Closure
- Pitch the franchise business model, ROI, and growth potential.
- Handle objections, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Drive deals from interest intent agreement closure
Market Research & Expansion Strategy
- Help prospects identify the right city/location for setup.
- Support with market insights, competition mapping, and viability
- Guide partners in making informed investment decisions
Relationship & Follow-ups
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with serious prospects.
- Build trust and act as a long-term business advisor.
- Ensure smooth coordination until agreement signing.
Internal Coordination
- Work with internal teams for proposals, documentation, and agreements.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking.
