About the Role

Were looking for a Program Manager to join the Founders Office at Fluid (our B2B sector). This is not a typical PM role - think of it as a force-multiplier position for the founding team. Youll operate across business, product, operations, and compliance, picking up the highest-impact problem at any given time and driving it to resolution. If you love variety, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity, this role is for you.


What Youll Do

  • Own and drive cross-functional programs end-to-end from scoping to execution to business review.
  • Program-manage engineering sprints: track velocity, unblock teams, and keep releases on schedule.
  • Build and ship product features for the business teams / customers (requirements, design coordination, UAT, launch).
  • Lead compliance and certification initiatives such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
  • Improve inventory by partnering with supply, product, and data teams to identify gaps and drive action.
  • Prepare and present structured business reviews for customers and internal leadership.
  • Identify bottlenecks across the company and proactively propose solutions no one needs to tell you what to work on next.
  • Be the connective tissue between the founder and every function in the company.


Who You Are

  • MBA graduate with ~2 years of post-MBA experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a high-growth startup.
  • A master generalist: comfortable switching between a compliance audit, a product spec, and a customer presentation in the same day.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking you break messy problems into clear action plans.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can write a crisp one-pager and present it to a C-suite audience.
  • Biased toward action and speed. Youd rather ship 80% today than 100% next month.
  • Deeply curious about how businesses work you enjoy understanding unit economics, supply chains, and customer journeys.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching; you dont need a playbook to get started.
  • Proficient with tools like Jira, Notion, Google Sheets/Slides, SQL (nice to have), and BI dashboards.


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in travel, aviation, or marketplace businesses.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2).
  • Experience working directly with founders or in a Chief of Staff / Founders Office capacity.
  • Basic familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or technical product management.
