Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Azure Migration Architect to lead end-to-end cloud migration initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in infrastructure, database, and middleware migrations, along with hands-on experience in Azure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration design including infrastructure, databases, and middleware
• Define migration strategies (lift-and-shift, re-platforming)
• Perform workload dependency mapping & migration wave planning
• Drive cutover strategy, rollback planning, and hypercare support
• Architect and implement Azure landing zones and subscriptions
• Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless migration and stabilization

Azure & Infrastructure

• Azure IaaS (VMs, VNet, NSG, Load Balancer, Storage)
• Azure networking (VPN, DNS, routing, firewall)
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics
• Azure landing zone & subscription design

Migration Expertise

• Lift-and-shift migration strategy
• Workload dependency mapping
• Migration wave planning
• Cutover & rollback strategy
• Hypercare stabilization

Database Expertise

• SQL Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022)
• Migration methods (backup/restore, log shipping)
• Performance tuning
• SQL on Azure VM

Middleware & Application

• IIS, .NET / .NET Core
• Java, Spring, Tomcat
• Node.js runtime
• REST API configuration
• SSO (SAML / OAuth)
