About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps and infrastructure support to manage, troubleshoot, and support enterprise systems and network environments. This role is based out of Airoli and requires 5 days working from the office, with limited flexibility to work from home based on operational needs. The position involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient system operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support for systems, networks, and applications
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and administer network infrastructure and computing environments
• Monitor network and system performance and take corrective actions as needed
• Replace and manage faulty hardware or system components
• Work with Azure DevOps tools to support deployments and operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable IT services
• Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
• Contribute to improving support processes and service efficiency
• Ensure timely communication and high levels of customer satisfaction

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
• Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and hardware
• Experience administering and troubleshooting network devices
• Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and Unix environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure mandatory; AWS / GCP preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Ruby
• Understanding of system security, backup, and recovery concepts
• Experience with virtual networks and wireless communication
• Familiarity with networking hardware such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
