About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Axway B2Bi & Java Integration Engineer to manage, develop, and optimize our enterprise B2B gateway. You will combine system administration with core Java development to build secure data pipelines. This role involves direct collaboration with global partners and health authorities, managing high-compliance data standards.

Responsibilities:

• Platform & Gateway Management: Configure, deploy, upgrade, and maintain Axway B2Bi solutions on Windows and Linux environments.
• Pharma/Healthcare Data Operations: Manage E2B R2/R3 case data exchanges, handle XML case-level processing, and resolve acknowledgement (ACK) errors.
• Partner Onboarding: Direct community setup, data flow mapping, and connection implementation (EDI, AS2, SFTP, MFT) for external vendors and health authorities.
• Integration Architecture: Design complex B2B/B2C gateway solutions, supporting enterprise-level migrations and transformation initiatives.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Conduct root-cause analysis using system diagnostics to resolve EDI mapping issues and file transfer disruptions.
• Security & Compliance: Implement message-level encryption, SSL/TLS, digital certificates, and authentication mechanisms to ensure compliance with strict audit requirements.

Required Skills

• Core expertise in API integration: XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Practical experience in Unix/Linux/Windows administration and shell scripting.
• Proven track record in system performance tuning and proactive health monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Axway Interchange & Gateway Interchange: Deep configuration and administration experience.
• Java Development: Hands-on experience developing and customizing gateway interchange components.
• Secure Protocols: Strong proficiency in AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, and OFTP2.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in CS/IT or related
• 46 years hands-on in Axway B2Bi, Java and Integration tools (EDI, APIs, middleware)
• Good to have: Axway B2Bi, Java and Integration/middleware certifications (SOA, API management, etc.)
