Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for AVP Projects, based in Thane. The AVP Projects will oversee the execution of large-scale industrial projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The individual will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success, monitor budgets, and meet dispatch targets. Additionally, the role requires identifying process improvements, developing risk mitigation strategies, and driving operational excellence within the projects team.


Qualifications

  • Project Management expertise, including experience in planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Technical knowledge in fluid handling systems, safety access equipment, and related industrial solutions.
  • Experience in managing order to cash(projects) for ETO(Engineering to Order) business.
  • Leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams effectively and liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects are dispatched within timelines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interactions and vendor management.
  • Analytical mindset for risk assessment, problem-solving, and driving operational improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field); Master's degree is a plus.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing high-value industrial or engineering projects is preferred.
