Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven senior professional to lead business origination and execution across Special Situations Financing, Structured Private Credit, Investment Banking, M&A, IPO Advisory, Private Equity Placement, Venture Debt, and Debt Syndication. The role demands strong deal-making acumen, financial structuring expertise, and proven relationship management skills to manage the complete transaction lifecycle from lead origination and client acquisition to structuring, execution, and disbursement. The incumbent will also lead and mentor a team of RMs / Sr. CRMs / CRMs, drive revenue targets through channel and field sales activities, and ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Promoters and Team Background:

Promoters and Teams are CA, CFA, Ex-Banker, IIM, Ex Big 4, with 20+ years of experience each with experience of closing multiple transactions. Indias top 500+ lenders/Investors work with us: Which Includes Banks, NBFCs, Institutional Fund Houses, AIFs, ARCs, VCs, PEs, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, etc.

Promoters/ Clients we work with:

Average revenue our promoters & clients are making within range of 50 Cr to 2000 Cr, you will only be talking to Promoters, Founders & the CFO of the Company.


Key Responsibility:-


  • Business Origination:Source and originate large-ticket transactions (INR 10 Cr+) across Special Situations Financing, Structured Private Credit, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, IPO Advisory, M&A Advisory, Private Equity Placement, Venture Debt, and Debt Syndication.
  • Team Leadership & Recruitment:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RMs / Sr. CRMs / CRMs owning individual and team-level business and revenue targets, while actively driving recruitment to scale the team.
  • Deal Structuring & Execution:Structure, negotiate, and execute complex financing transactions end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Client Acquisition & Channel Sales:Drive business development through direct client engagement, channel partner networks, and active field sales, including on-ground client visits and market outreach.
  • Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, investors, and lending institutions to create a sustainable deal pipeline.
  • Financial Analysis & Structuring:Assess transaction feasibility, evaluate credit risk, and design optimal financing solutions backed by sound financial structuring and market analysis.
  • Documentation & Pitching:Prepare and present high-quality financial presentations, information memorandums (IMs), teasers, and proposals to attract lenders and investors.
  • Market & Regulatory Intelligence:Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory frameworks, sector dynamics, and industry best practices to provide informed advisory to clients.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate seamlessly with clients, internal credit/legal teams, and lenders to ensure smooth onboarding, timely execution, and post-deal client satisfaction.
  • Process & Compliance Discipline:Maintain structured workflows for client engagement, deal execution, and compliance adherence to ensure operational excellence.
  • Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual targets across revenue, sanctions, and disbursements through proactive business development and high-performance team management.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Deal-Making Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large transactions.
  • Target-Driven Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and disbursement goals.
  • Leadership Ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Financial Acumen Strong in credit analysis, structuring, and documentation.
  • Relationship Skills Confident engaging with CXOs, promoters, lenders, and partners.
  • Field-Ready Willing to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.


Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • CA / CFA / Diploma in Corporate Finance a plus.
  • Prior experience in IB, Debt Syndication, or Structured Finance preferred.
