Automation QA Engineer

Job Description:

As an RPA QA engineer, candidate

• should have an overall minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience with 2+ years of working experience in RPA testing manual or by automated test scripts for desktop, Mainframe & Web applications.
• should have basic degree at the university and willing to give attention to the details and problem-solving attitude
• should have the US insurance domain knowledge to perform the automation testing in UiPath at AWS cloud servers is a must.
• should have strong conceptual and analytical skills to analyze any technical & functional challenges for implementation using UiPath platform and provide the suggestions.
• should be knowledgeable in designing the test strategy and test cases a complex business problem for Robotic Process Automation.
• required to work extensively with multiple stakeholders to understand the business process and steps to create the test data at Guardian base systems. Candidate should have the basic RPA development framework principles and guidelines.
• should have skills to find all possible functional and non-functional scenarios for writing and testing the test cases.
• should have knowledge in Agile, testing & defect life cycle, also reporting defects in JIRA.
• should have clarity in business communication to explain any issues / situation in the process / bots to stakeholders at different level.
• should work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout  in the team environment where he/she has to ensure the RPA Bot quality
• should have experience in reporting the manual or automated test results as project quality metrics to the stakeholders
• should be able to train and support users and increase the RPA adaptation
• to ensure the RPA bot changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders
• should have the knowledge to conduct the project retrospective sessions for lessons learned
• writing the test scripts will be an added advantage
