Automation Engineer

What Youll Do

• Develop an AI-based voice agent that can automatically receive and handle incoming calls.
• The AI should be able to understand customer requirements and respond accordingly.
• Integrate the system with WhatsApp or email to automatically send machine details, images, working videos, and brochures to clients.
• Build an automated quotation generation system that sends quotations based on client requirements.
• Implement a discount logic system based on predefined rules.
• Enable call scheduling and automatic follow-up calls if a client asks to be contacted later.
• Store all customer conversation data and requirements in a database or CRM.
• Create a call transfer system where the AI transfers the call to a human sales agent if it cannot answer the client's question or if the client requests a human representative.
• Generate daily reports of all customer interactions and leads.

What Were Looking For

• Experience with AI voice agents or conversational AI systems
• API integration experience
• Automation tools and workflow integration
• Knowledge of voice call platforms and messaging APIs
• Experience with CRM integration and data storage

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Python or Node.js
• AI APIs and conversational AI tools
• Automation platforms such as Zapier or Make
• Experience with call automation and WhatsApp integration

Project Goal:

To build a complete AI-powered sales assistant that can handle calls, capture leads, send product information, generate quotations, and automate follow-ups.
