Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Automation Engineer with strong Python development skills and a passion for building scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures, along with a solid understanding of database management. This role offers an opportunity to work on process automation initiatives and contribute to improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python.
• Build and support scalable microservices and distributed applications.
• Develop and manage event-driven workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes.
• Create reusable components, APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Work with MySQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Document technical solutions and maintain development standards.

Mandatory Skills

• 12 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Good knowledge of MySQL databases, including query optimization and database design.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
