Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer Automation to enhance our software quality through robust automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Selenium, Python, and BDD frameworks, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.

Mandatory Skills:

• Selenium WebDriver
• Python
• BDD Frameworks (Cucumber / Behave / SpecFlow or similar)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium and Python.
• Implement BDD approach for test scenarios using tools like Cucumber or Behave.
• Write clear, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team to understand requirements.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
• Report and track defects with proper documentation.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
• Perform UI, functional, and regression testing.
• Ensure high test coverage and continuous quality improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing (Postman, Requests, REST Assured)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with test reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports)
• Understanding of Git/version control
